As resources are rapidly diminishing from the face of the Earth, mankind’s remaining source of energy must be collected externally; the Sun. However, pollution in the Troposphere and Stratosphere has become so dense that a bright blue sky can no longer be seen. Due to the constant state of dusk lighting, all other organisms, except mosquitoes and certain deep-sea creatures, have disappeared with this lack of biodiversity. This has significantly narrowed available nutrition in the human diet; in vitro produced meats, 3D printed artificial breads and genetically modified speed-grown vegetables, which can only successfully be produced in large commercial laboratories.
