Clarissa Martins has been involved in product design for a few years already. She was part of the Applied Interdisciplinary Design class at Burnaby South Secondary for three years and has now been studying Product Design at the Wilson School of Design at KPU for two years. She has a happy and positive spirit and takes on challenges with a smile and enthusiasm. Prototyping and building with her hands allows her to use her creativity and have been some of the most enjoyable working hours. As part of the Design and Food Atelier, Clarissa has been focusing on food transportation and how it has negatively affected the environment and increased food waste.
